
Sean Pico has joined Setliff Law as an associate attorney, several years after starting his law career there as a legal administrator. Mr. Pico obtained his undergraduate degree from Longwood University and his J.D. from Liberty University School of Law. As an associate, Mr. Pico will focus his efforts on trucking and transportation law, FELA and railroad defense, business and corporate transactions, and FRSA and STAA whistleblower claims.
Prior to joining Setliff Law as an associate, Mr. Pico clerked with the Henrico County Circuit Court under the Honorable Rondelle Herman, and the Honorable Lee A. Harris, Jr., where he prepared memoranda on various cases, as well as criminal Motions to Suppress and Motions in Liminie. During law school, Mr. Pico was a top advocate for the Fordham NBA Negotiation Competition and a judge for the undergraduate competition of Moot Court.
Outside of work, Mr. Pico enjoys enjoys hiking with wife Erin and their two labradors, Steel and River. He is an avid runner and a Pittsburgh sports fan.
