Allison Rienecker is an experienced commercial litigation attorney with a diverse background and practice. She regularly appears in state and federal courts throughout Virginia representing clients ranging from businesses and insurers of all sizes to trucking and railroad companies to hotels and fitness centers. Ms. Rienecker previously represented big box stores in premises liability cases, automotive companies in lemon law cases, a pharmaceutical company in mass tort litigation, and various businesses in government investigations. She also has experience managing eDiscovery projects and reviewing electronically stored information.

Before attending law school, Allison worked as a civil engineer for the New York City Department of Transportation on bridge reconstruction projects. She passed the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam and has an Engineer in Training certification from New York.

In addition to being an attorney, Allison also serves as an Election Officer for the City of Richmond. Her service at the polls follows in her grandfather’s footsteps, who worked as an election officer for many years and well into his 90s.

Outside of work, Allison enjoys volunteering at Feedmore and through the Virginia Medical Reserve Corps. She also frequently participates in social events and service projects through the Richmond Bar Association, including playing on kickball and dodgeball teams. On weekends, she can generally be found relaxing outside on a patio with a refreshing beverage or urban hiking (read: walking) around the city.
