(Richmond 2013) Setliff Law is pleased to announce Eli Jason S. Mackey has joined the law firm as an associate. Mr. Mackey’s practice areas include FELA and railroad defense, general litigation, FRSA whistleblower claims, and transportation law. Mr. Mackey also has experience representing clients in debt collection cases as both plaintiff and defendant, and assisted in representing clients in state and federal regulatory compliance, transactions, and Certificate of Need applications. Mr. Mackey received his undergraduate degree from Western Washington University and his law degree from William and Mary Law School.
