Richmond, VA (October 2009) Gregory F. Holland, a partner at Setliff Law, P.C, was recently appointed President of the Bar Association of the City of Richmond for the 2009 – 2010 term. Holland practices in transportation law, tort liability, personal injury and insurance law in the Glen Allen (Richmond) office of Setliff Law. He has been a member of the Richmond Bar Association for more than 20 years, and has held various administrative positions for the Association since 1997.

“The appointment as President is an honor,” Holland said. “The Bar Association of the City of Richmond is the oldest bar association in Virginia, and its objectives have remained constant since it was founded in 1885,” Holland said. “My goal is to continue the long-standing success of the association.”

Holland, along with C. Stephen Setliff, opened the law firm of Setliff Law, P.C. in Glen Allen in June of 2006, and two years later, opened a second office in Baltimore, Maryland. The firm specializes in railroad and transportation litigation, environmental law, insurance coverage disputes, toxic tort litigation, commercial landlord/tenant litigation, contract disputes, commercial litigation, white collar criminal defense, federal and state appellate practice, and personal injury matters.
