One way to keep the edge sharp on our way of business is to continuously educate ourselves and be more aware of the market place trends whether you are buying or selling. It takes a full court press to make sure every facet of our business is performing at its best. ADMIN functions require the same discipline that Customer Service demands to keep the ship on a steady course.
Please plan on attending the Fall meeting on November 9th. This meeting is different from our previous operations and market oriented meetings but it will help increase awareness of this side of the business.

If you are an Owner or Manager or in an ADMIN role, this meeting would be very beneficial to you and your scope of work. Larger companies can assign persons to specific tasks which allows for a specialized approach to management. Smaller companies must assign a person to several tasks (multi-tasking) in the company. Whatever your level is, the exchange of ideas and information at this meeting will be very helpful.
