Michael brings extensive experience in senior paralegal and legal support roles through his service in the Indiana National Guard. His roles have included Senior Brigade Paralegal, Senior Paralegal for Joint Forces Headquarters – Indiana, and Command Paralegal for NATO Kosovo Forces. He also served as Senior Court Reporter for the Indiana National Guard, providing detailed legal documentation and support across a range of matters.

Michael is currently pursuing studies in Small Group Leadership at Purdue University Global. He completed paralegal training in 2017, court reporter training in 2018, and advanced paralegal training in 2022.

A decorated service member, Michael has received numerous honors, including the Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, NATO Medal, and Global War on Terrorism medals. He enlisted in 2008 and continues his service with nearly two decades of experience.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys reviewing legal cases, building projects, motorcycle riding, golf, and spending time at the range.
