Mr. Robinson is an experienced trial attorney with a diverse litigation background. He has successfully handled dozens of jury and bench trials in both civil and criminal matters, achieving strong results for his clients. His civil practice has included commercial litigation matters involving contract disputes, personal injury liability, and intellectual property issues.
In addition to his civil and criminal litigation experience, Mr. Robinson has extensive experience in administrative proceedings. He previously served as an Assistant Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Virginia, where he managed hundreds of cases involving alleged misconduct by healthcare providers on behalf of Virginia's health regulatory boards.
Outside the practice of law, Mr. Robinson enjoys spending time with his family and exploring the outdoors by land, sea, and air. He is a certified scuba diver, bicycling enthusiast, private pilot, and former owner and operator of a limousine service.
