Setliff Law is pleased to announce that Denise Reverski has accepted the firm’s invitation to join the partnership.

Denise has been an important part of the firm’s work on behalf of businesses, insurers and other corporate clients. Her practice encompasses business and corporate transactions, as well as contract disputes, collections and commercial landlord-tenant matters, and trucking and railroad defense. She has extensive experience representing secured creditors in financing contract litigation, collections and collateral recovery, along with handling real estate transactions and estate planning.

Licensed in Virginia and Maryland, Denise began her legal career in Maryland, where she represented secured creditors in collections, collateral recovery and contract disputes. Her experience also includes commercial landlord-tenant matters and other business-related disputes, including mechanics’ liens. This breadth of experience allows her to assist clients with a range of transactional and legal matters, from contract and property issues to litigation when disputes arise.
