We want to thank you for your patience during this very challenging situation. During the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, our focus is on the safety and well-being of our employees, who are vitally important to support you and your business, as well as the safety and continued service of our clients. Despite the day-to-day uncertainty we all face, Setliff Law remains fully operational and firm attorneys and staff continue to work diligently to serve our clients. I wanted to personally assure you that we remain committed and dedicated to providing you with the highest level of legal services during these uncertain times.
To safeguard the health of our employees and to help prevent the spread of virus, we are working remotely. While the physical office is closed, we have the technology in place to securely access client files from home and will continue working on your cases with the same level of professionalism and with the highest standards you deserve.
Our goal is to thoughtfully respond to the public health situation and effectively work on behalf of the firm's clients using our technology platforms. We will be offering alternate meeting methods including video and telephone conferencing and electronic document signing. Utilizing these methods, we will still be able to handle all case related activities seamlessly including new client consultations, client meetings and phone calls, discovery conferences and client disbursements.
Although this crisis is like none we've seen in our lifetime, the firm, our attorneys and staff remain committed in our mission to seek justice for our clients. We wish your families continued safety and good health and urge you to take the precautionary measures recommended by the Centers for Disease Control to mitigate the spread of COVID-19.
As always, please feel reach out to any member of our team should you have any case specific questions or concerns.
Wishing you good health,
Steve Setliff
