
Caleb Setliff earned his Juris Doctor from Liberty University School of Law, where he was a scholarship recipient and received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Trial Advocacy. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with a minor in Public Policy, from James Madison University, where he was recognized on both the President’s List and Dean’s List for academic excellence.
He gained practical experience through multiple summers as a law clerk and intern with Setliff Law, assisting in case investigations, witness interviews, and the preparation of pleadings and memoranda. Caleb also worked with Central Virginia Legal Aid, where he conducted client intake, handled initial case assessments, and maintained hearing and trial dockets. His background in research, writing, and advocacy equips him to provide effective support in matters involving transportation, trucking, hospitality, timber, and related industries, as well as a broad range of civil litigation and business disputes.
Outside the office, Caleb enjoys following Liverpool F.C., weightlifting, and music production and composition.
