Ms. Dwyer is a civil litigation attorney whose practice focuses on complex disputes in Virginia state and federal courts. She represents businesses, insurers, employers, and individuals in a broad range of disputes, including commercial litigation, labor and employment matters, insurance defense, property disputes, and arbitration proceedings.
Prior to joining Setliff Law, Ms. Dwyer defended healthcare facilities and their providers in complex litigation matters at trial and in administrative proceedings. Her experience includes drafting and arguing dispositive motions, managing discovery, conducting depositions, negotiating settlements, and preparing cases for trial from inception through resolution.
Ms. Dwyer has appeared before Virginia Circuit Courts and General District Courts, as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia. She is known for her strategic, results-oriented analysis of each case. Her interest in litigation strategy and procedural advocacy allows her to design a strategy from the outset of litigation that is well-suited to achieve the specific desired outcome on behalf of businesses and insurers.
Outside of work, Christina enjoys competing in agility competitions with her border collie, Ryder, hiking, and traveling.
