Allison F. Rienecker, an associate at Setliff Law, has been elected as the Chair of the Richmond Bar Association Young Lawyers Section (RBA YLS) for the 2021-2022 bar year.

The YLS has nearly 400 attorneys and includes all RBA members under age 40 or within their first 5 years of practice. The section regularly organizes meetings, socials, service and volunteer projects, pro bono and networking opportunities, and sponsors a kickball and dodgeball team for its members. As Chair of the YLS, Ms. Rienecker also sits on the RBA Board of Directors and works with her esteemed colleagues to further the objectives of the Richmond Bar Association, which date back to its founding in 1885.

Ms. Rienecker is an experienced commercial litigation attorney with a diverse background and practice. She regularly appears in state and federal courts throughout Virginia representing clients ranging from businesses and insurers of all sizes to trucking and railroad companies to hotels and fitness centers.

Ms. Rienecker previously represented big box stores in premises liability cases, automotive companies in lemon law cases, a pharmaceutical company in mass tort litigation, and various businesses in government investigations. She also has experience managing eDiscovery projects and reviewing electronically stored information.
