Four Partners selected as among “The Best Lawyers in America”

Richmond, VA (September 2012) Four attorneys from Setliff Law, P.C., have been selected by their peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® 2013 (Copyright 2012 by Woodward/White, Inc., of Aiken, S.C.). From the Glen Allen (Richmond), Virginia office, C. Stephen Setliff was recognized in the categories of Transportation Law, Railroad Law, Mass Tort Litigation/Class Actions – Defendants, and Personal Injury Litigation – Defendants. Also from the Richmond office, Gregory F. Holland was selected in the categories of Insurance Law, Mass Tort Litigation/Class Action – Defendants, Personal Injury Litigation – Defendants, and Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs. Mr. Holland, also a founding partner of Setliff Law, practices in transportation law, tort liability, personal injury, and insurance coverage. He was listed in Virginia Super Lawyers in 2006 – 2007 and 2009-2010. Mr. Holland was selected for inclusion in the 2013 edition ofBest Lawyers in America in the the following fields: Mass Tort Litigation/Class Actions – Defendants, Personal Injury Litigation – Defendents, Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs, and Insurance Law. He was President of the Bar Association of the City of Richmond for the 2009 – 2010 term, and has been a member of the Association for more than 20 years.

Mr. Caplis has been repeatedly recognized on the Maryland Super Lawyers list (2009 – 2013). He was named in the 2010 edition of Baltimore’s Best Lawyers, a supplement to the Baltimore Sun that recognizes the best lawyers in Baltimore, Maryland and Washington, D.C. He has also been recognized by Best Lawyers in America (2008 - 2013) in the category of Railroad Law.
