Richmond 2013 - Setliff Law is pleased to announce that C. Stephen Setliff has been admitted to the District of Columbia bar. On May 10, 2013, Setliff was admitted to practice before the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. He will practice in that court as well as handle the trial of cases before the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.

Setliff currently practices in the Glen Allen (Richmond) office of Setliff Law. His areas of expertise include transportation law, tort liability, personal
injury, products liability, landlord tenant and premises liability, and
general litigation law. He has been repeatedly recognized in the Best Lawyers in
America list (2008 – 2013) in Transportation Law, and in the 2013
edition was also recognized in the categories of Railroad Law, Mass Tort Litigation/Class Actions – Defendants, and, Personal Injury Litigation – Defendants. Mr. Setliff also has been selected as a Virginia Super
Lawyer in the field of transportation law (2009 – 2012).
C. Stephen Setliff and Gregory F. Holland opened the doors to the Glen
Allen (Richmond) office of Setliff Law in June 2006. In
December 2008, they opened a second office in Baltimore, Maryland, and
that office, led by J. Christopher Nosher, subsequently relocated to
Annapolis, Maryland.
