(Richmond 2013) Setliff Law is pleased to announce Trevor D. Wind has joined the law firm as an associate in the Glen Allen (Richmond) office. Mr. Wind’s dual degrees from the University of Richmond School of Law and the School of Business provide a unique advantage for his clients. During his time with the University of Richmond Intellectual Property and Transactional Law Clinic, Mr. Wind drafted articles of organization and operating agreements and provided advice on stock purchases. His additional years of clerkships involve a vast array of experience with asset purchases, stock purchases, non-compete and employment agreements, drafting of wills and trusts agreements, power of attorneys, and medical directives in connection with estate planning. Mr. Wind is also proficient in drafting Articles of Incorporation and Articles of Organization.
