Donna serves as an Administrative Assistant at Setliff Law. She brings more than 30 years of experience in software training, consulting, and administrative support. Prior to joining the firm, Donna owned and operated a successful computer software training and consulting business, where she authored and copyrighted more than 50 software training courses and helped individuals, businesses, and organizations improve productivity through technology.

A Certified Microsoft Office Expert, Donna has served as an adjunct instructor for the Virginia Community College System and has been a featured speaker at numerous technology seminars and professional development events. Her professional accomplishments include receiving the Chancellor's Award for Outstanding Instructor and earning the Google Cybersecurity Professional Certification. Donna studied Information Systems and Technology at the University of Richmond and is a graduate of both the Institute of Business & Technology and the American Institute of Banking.

Outside of the office, Donna enjoys reading, volunteering, fitness, hiking, and exploring Asian cuisine. She is an avid tennis fan and animal lover, with a special fondness for horses and dogs. Most importantly, she treasures time with her family and being a mother. Donna is proud to be part of the Setliff Law team and values the firm's commitment to professionalism, client service, and a supportive workplace culture.
