Yvetta grew up in Richmond, VA. She began a career as a broadcast technician and worked at ABC News, WJLA-TV7 and Public Broadcasting Service in the Washington, DC area. Yvetta loves to sew and followed her dream of learning to design and draft patterns for women’s clothing. Eventually, she opened a business teaching sewing and creating ball gowns, women’s clothing, draperies, cornices and roman shades. Later she graduated from J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College with an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Paralegal Studies. She started her first job as a legal assistant handling workers’ compensation and social security disability cases. She joined Setliff Law as a legal secretary in 2019. Yvetta loves to travel and her favorite places to visit are Arizona, Colorado, Toronto and the South of France.
