RICHMOND (2012) Setliff Law, P.C. is pleased to announce that three of its partners have been named by Virginia Super Lawyers as among the best attorneys in the state for 2012. C. Stephen Setliff, Gregory F. Holland and John K. Burke, Jr. have been selected for inclusion in this year’s edition of Super Lawyers. Mr. Setliff practices in transportation law, tort liability, personal injury, products liability, landlord tenant and premises liability, and general litigation law in the Glen Allen (Richmond) office of Setliff Law. He has been repeatedly recognized in the Best Lawyers in America list (2008 – 2013) in Transportation Law, and in the 2013 edition was also recognized in the categories of Railroad Law, Mass Tort Litigation/Class Actions – Defendants, and, Personal Injury Litigation – Defendants. Mr. Holland practices in transportation law, tort liability, personal injury, and insurance coverage. He was listed in Virginia Super Lawyers in 2006 – 2007 and 2009-2010. Mr. Holland was selected for inclusion in the 2013 edition of Best Lawyers in America in the the following fields: Mass Tort Litigation/Class Actions – Defendants, Personal Injury Litigation – Defendents, Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs, and Insurance Law. He was President of the Bar Association of the City of Richmond for the 2009 – 2010 term, and has been a member of the Association for more than 20 years.
